As a happily married couple themselves, Spencer and Emma understand just how important your big day is to you, and just how vital it is to make sure everything runs smoothly. They know and understand exactly what it takes to make sure your wedding day is just right, especially when it comes to the catering!
With years of experience behind them, Ruby Plum Catering have provided wedding breakfasts of the traditional sit down meal to catering with a difference like wedding BBQs to a wedding hog roasts, buffets hot or cold all with bespoke menus and are more than happy to accommodate any preferences you have. By letting us know your requirements and wedding venue we can send you some of our sample wedding menus as a template, we can create a tailored catering service for your special day and strive to exceed your expectations.
All of our ingredients are sourced and purchased locally where possible, from markets and butchers. This ensures that the food is fresh and always prepared for you and your guests on the big day itself.
If your chosen venue does not have sufficient facilities to cook food on-site, we can supply all the kitchen equipment you will need, including ovens, cutlery, plates and glassware, our packages will include chefs and waiting staff, once you’ve booked with us you will be given a dedicated wedding catering coordinator to answer any of your question or queries leading up to your big day plus our staff on the day will be on hand to ensure you receive the attention you deserve.
We can arrange a variety of packages and bespoke menus to suit you and your day with your chosen venue in mind like champagne & canapés for guests on arrival, a 3 or 4 course wedding breakfast, bbq, hog roast, evening food, staff and equipment. So, no matter if you have 50 or 500 guests, we can provide a service that will ensure your special day will be remembered forever.
