After an initial consultation – where we will discuss your requirements, preferred meal choices, dietary requests and allergies and providing you with sample menus to look at – we will then create a bespoke menu for you. We only use ingredients of the very highest standard, and wherever possible, we will obtain and use produce that are sourced from local suppliers, so you can always be sure of their freshness and quality.
Upon request, Ruby Plum Catering can even supply all cutlery, plates, glasses and a full silver spoon service for up to 30 people. A professional waiter and waitress service is available, which we recommend for parties of 7 guests and over.
Before and during the meal itself we will always be on hand to answer any questions you or your guests may have and to engage in conversation about the food itself, our preparation or the ingredients involved in the dishes. This adds a personal touch to your dinner party, and is something we have found to be very popular with our clients. Alternatively, we can provide a completely discreet service so your guests will never even know we are there!
After dinner, we will tidy up our equipment and leave the venue in exactly the same condition as it was before, as if we were never even there.
